Better Beginnings Healthcare Services is a proud member of Georgia’s Pediatric Program (GAPP), a Medicaid funded program, which means we can provide our quality services at no cost to you. Children and young adults under 21 years of age who are medically fragile and need medically necessary skilled nursing care and/or personal care support may qualify.

After reaching out to our experienced client specialist for an initial intake call where preliminary assessment information is obtained we then conduct a FREE in-home care assessment.
During the in-home care assessment, additional information is gathered to further assess the needs of the client and develop an individualized care plan.

Care plan development- Individualized care plans assess condition of the client and are used to strategically approach what kind of services are needed, how often they will be provided, and help reach client goals. Care plans are reviewed and approved before services begin to ensure quality of care.
